To delete account GameVH, follow these ways:

Step 1: Login GameVH app, at the Main Screen click on the “…” Icon.

Step 2: Click on “Send feedback”.

Step 3:  Send a message requesting to delete the game account to the game system.

After receiving a request from the player, the system will send a response to the "Message" section.

Players are required not to log into the game for 15 days after submitting a request to delete their account. At the end of the 15 days period, the account will be permanently deleted.

When re-login the deleted account, the system will send the message "Account 'XXX' is not exist".

Deleting a GameVH account is permanent and cannot be recovered. That means you can't log in or view messages, game history... after the       account has been deleted.
